Fabulous. We arrived a couple of hours early and the receptionist couldnt do enough for us. The park is clean and spacious. Nice and quiet too. Perfectly located on the A19 just south of York and north of Selby. We had a lodge called The Rushes. Clean and very well set out with a huge eye for detail. Felt more like i was in someones house. They even had tea, coffee and sugar in the pots plus a pint of milk in the fridge. Great atmosphere with wifi and a hot tub. Cant say enough about this lodge. Thank you to the owners for allowing people to use it.

A tranquil location with clean, modern and functional accommodation. Great for a relaxing family holiday. Lovely walking/cycling routes and a nice little games area for tennis and petanque. Quite a lot mosquitos, wasps and horse flys. I got bitten a lot but I wouldn't say it negatively impacted our trip. The fire alarms falsely triggered due to the heat. They are really loud which would normally be a good thing but scared our dog. They took them away but they were not replaced during our trip. We also got asked not to play football on the communal grass area which was a bit of a shame. We read the rules and policy thoroughly and there was no mention of ball games not being allowed. This was a shame because activities for children are limited.

Amazing relaxing park. We stayed in the pinewood lodge which was amazing. We all felt at home and really didn't want to leave. It's a 20 minutes drive to York centre, £15 by Uber. Highly recommended

honestly the BEST holiday park ive been to. the Lodge was stunning and all the stuff that's included is very impressive. the views and wildlife is honestly beautiful. i will be returning with my son and this is such a perfect holiday place for him, no chaos going on just calm and relaxing so will definitely be back!

Absolutely stunning lodge! We stayed in the Bumblebee Lodge for Christmas and it was beautiful, we really didn't want to leave, everything had been thought of in the Lodge and done to a high standard, and the Staff even came to check the hot tubs on Christmas Day! We will definitely be back.

Family of 3 just returned from a fantastic week's stay in the Wildflower lodge. Lodge was modern, clean and well equipped. Everything has been thought of from spare towels and bedding to board games, toys and a Netflix account. We were a little late on arrival but special thanks to the night warden who checked us in and was always a friendly face on site, regularly asking if we needed anything when we saw him. Location is fantastic for exploring York and surrounding areas. Park is very quiet and best suits anyone looking for a relaxing break in a Beautiful woodland setting. There is even a Tea Room cafe on site, serving food and drinks durning the day. We wouldn't hesitate to book again Thanks

We had a fabulous time, myself and three sisters on a girly weekend. Couldnt have asked for a nicer lodge, everything was so clean and modern and the lodge was lovely and warm and welcoming when we arrived. The hot tub was great after a good day out in York and was lovely and clean and tested daily by on site staff. We arrived later than the normal check in time, due to work commitments, and were greeted at the lodge by the warden, who was very informative and who went over a few points with us. A big thank you to him for making us feel really welcome. We will definitely visit again but maybe more of us the next time lol xxxx
