Prezzo Italian Restaurant Woodbridge

We went to Prezzo in Woodbridge for our daughter's birthday meal using the kids eat free offer. Everything was wonderful and our son (who is a picky eater) said the cat shaped pizza was the best pizza he had ever had!

Booked a few hours in advance with our 1 year old. Met with a warm and friendly welcome. Our daughter recieved a lot of attention. Jess and the team went above and beyond. The food was great and service was quick. Helped navigate the prezzo club app too and got some great deals. We'll definitely be back.

First time at prezzo. Just wow. Beautiful food. Great service and will be returning. We visited the woodbridge one and our waiter Curtis had amazing attention to detail.

We had a lovely meal in prezzo last night the food was amazing! Our waiter James was very polite and bubbly when he came over to take our order! He ensured we had everything we needed. He had a smile on his face and that makes a big difference! We would visit agian!

Had a table booked for 7pm arrived just before it was total chasos to say the least. We stood at the door waiting to be seated over 10 mins was not even acknowledged we were there. The manager lady was running road like a headless chicken no clue at all. The poor chef was having to run meals as there was nowhere enough staff on. A party had pre preferred there food and waited over 2 hours for the started. Our table was not even ready for us. My partner asked for a Coke Zero but got normal Coke good for a diabetic, the food was ok the starter could been warmer. The young girl who was new was struggling I felt like she had not been given appropriate training and just thrown in at the deep end I admire her she done very well had more of a clue than the manger to be fair, this is the second time since Craig the old manager left and quite frankly not impressed. Craig would never of run his restaurant like this

We enjoyed our meals as we had a voucher for 1main meal and 1 main meal for a £1. The food was delicious and hot. But I do have one gripe, the drinks are very expensive. I had a peach ballini my favourite, it was never worth £10, my glass was half full literally about 4 mouthfuls. So very disappointed in this.

We visited Prezzo Woodbridge for a quick, early dinner with our 1 year old. We arrived and he was clearly (and very audibly) upset and difficult to console. Restaurant Manager was brilliant and offered us ice cream and an ice lolly to calm him down; they worked a trick and our meal out was saved! Thanks to the manager on duty for the quick thinking and great service.

For the price average food. Staff were lovely when they came to the table. But as with most places these days not enough staff. I had three children and the finished plates sat there for ages I ended up scraping the food off them and stacking myself. Very average at best no different to a Hungry Horse pub if I'm honest.
