Wife went in to get a new phone was unable to get the new phone she wanted because the incompetent staff couldn't even work their own app! It is the most ridiculous thing that the store computer won't sell you a new phone you have to do it from an app on your phone!

Being on a Saturday after black Friday and before Cyber Monday I was not expecting anything but what I was asking for which was a home internet hotspot modem. If you go inside the store I do not know when this expires but with the purchase of a hotspot home internet plan you will receive a $100 gift card along with a Netflix account and a flat screen TV! The customer service is beyond exceptional. They want to go out of their way in their knowledge and understanding to help me with my needs. I will be doing an update on the home hotspot modem but as for now it looks like it's working under my conditions of being in a log home with 10 inch thick walls I have to have the unit place in a position that works best buy a window. Average download speed is approximately 50 megabits per second. What's T-Mobile there is no limit there is no throttle for the plan I am very impressed and so far happy with the sales decision they made to help out people that have limited options for home internet! Thank you

I have had nothing but GREAT customer service here! I have been working with Mikala since she started and she has been amazing with my family and myself. She takes her time with you and explains everything and will answer any questions you have. She even found a billing error and helped me get that corrected and credited. I highly recommend T-Mobile to anyone! The service is pretty good and the plans are super affordable. Deff would recommend her and the store to people! :)

Every time I visit this store, the customer service is absolutely terrible. The reps appear to not care at all about their jobs or whatever issue you’re having. One employee was even wearing pj pants. I’ll be making the drive to Roanoke for any of my phone needs. They never have any of the phones they offer & apparently upon a visit to another store as well as over the phone to Tmobile Customer Services this is BS. They aren’t back ordered, not sold out, nothing. They simply do not care.

My wife bought a phone for me at another T moble store and left me to transfer service. I went to the Rocky Mount Va store and Michael helped me. He was kind, knowledgable, and stuck with me while a number of issues were resolved that were not of his making. He made me feel comfortable and I would ask for him to help me again
