Honest to God, how can someone pretend to have a legit business when they don't even have a basic website? It's 2024 and they are FREE and EASY as S#!+ to make. Both your business and your customers would benefit greatly from it...There is literally no excuse to not have one.

Always had good experience here with mechanical maintenance of my mowers. However, service seems to have taken a nosedive recently. I've been waiting over three weeks for a relatively simple repair job. Hard to believe one part takes 3/4 of a month to procure. UPDATE: Apparently there was a shortage due Snapper at no fault of Lancaster's. Once in, they fixed my mower with their usual expertise and expediency.

They sold me engine oil. Thank you. Spark plugs are $8 a piece for a Stihl weed eater. Inflation @ work. I am thankful they sell parts for stihl power equipment. No gas powered lawnmowers available.

I've always had Lancaster service my small engines. They are slow...yes, but they get the job done for a good price. If you like cats, you won't be disappointed--they are everywhere!

Good selection of Stihl equipment, also for rental. Prices are somewhat high. The service ethic has something to be desired. A welcoming smile and "hello" would be a great alternative to scowls, making custom feel somewhat unwelcome. I've had a first time fix and servicing for my Stihl chain saws. My Husquarna pole saw had a primer pump replaced, but the unit was returned with faulty fuel line issue, meaning the work I needed to do was delayed. I wish they had tested the equipment before returning it to me!

A very poor experience. Tried to perform work that was not needed, a very entitled personality from everyone and verbally degraded their competition. Not a good place to bring anything for repairs.
