Excellent coffee shop in a convenient location. The awesome barista, bernea (?), made my favorite drink without hesitation! (Venti Water: 69 degrees, extra ice, extra water, no foam, no tap, no bubbles, no dihydrogen monoxide, flipped upside-down, 3 pumps smart, 2 pumps dasani, and 3 separate straws.

My last dirty chai latte wasn't as good as usual but that was one time. I especially love the outdoor seating area. Perfect for a book or a small meetup.
