I Walter Coleman had this to say. The best in. Wichita falls tx. This is the cleanest facility and it has the best food. PT has the best staff I've been around and I'm a double amputee that has been to numerous rehabs. They have the best nurses that treat you like your someone special and not just a number. They have a new dialysis unit, that has the nicest and most caring dialysis nurses I've met. They really care. Natalie and Dawn in the dialysis unit are truly the best I've worked with. They hold me accountable and encourage me to do better for myself. The EVS is awesome and never have had such a clean room and enough supplies as I do here. The welcoming bag I received on admission was everything that I needed. The head cook took time out their day to come and talk to me, to make sure every concern was taken care of. If you need rehab come to encompass.

The nurses and the text took very good care of me. When I used my call button they were very alert and came to help me whenever I needed help. The food there is awesome they kept you very hydrated. They work you with their therapist to help you get as far as you could when I went in I couldn't walk but now I can huge difference between how I started. The doctors came in along with the helpers to keep me involved and up to date on what was going on with the blood test and any other test that I had done and when I had to take a different pill or do something different they come in and explained it to me made a lot of difference. I would refer you to encompass at any time you need help with your system or if you break something and can't take care of yourself at home go to encompass you will not be you know sad about it it's a good place to be. Medicare pays for at least 2 weeks of it on most policies. All you need to do is get a hold of encompass and they will tell you what your options are they will help you in any way they can thank you.

My first experience with a rehabilitation center was a very pleasant one. The good people of Encompass made my stay memorable for all the right reasons. So many went out of their way to accommodate me that I can't name them all. The exercises were challenging and the therapists were encouraging throughout the process. All in all,the doctors, nurses and techs I believe set the standard for rehabilitative care. I do have a suggestion, but I may be running out of space. I received the best care from all the staff at this rehab, as a retired nurse I knew what too expect from my nursing staff and they were excellent, I had know idea what to expect from therapy, but they had my arm and legs working in no time and I was happy to work with all of them. The food was very good, the cook do an excellent job. The morning coffee was great. I have to say going here was the best thing I could have done.

Everyone was wonderful and worked me hard. I did have problems with my roommate. She wanted all lights off including my TV even though I had headphones. The brightness of the TV bothered her. That meant I had to go to the bathroom in the dark.. That was scary. This occurred immediately after dinner other than that food was great most of the time The supper meals were a bit to be desired. Example egg salad, no crackers or bread. Turkey salad again no crackers or bread never dessert. Just peaches or oranges. I definitely would go again but would prefer a private room. I would recommend it to anyone
