Mazzarino Construction & Development LTD.

I purchased a Mazzarino home a few months ago. I am very happy with the design and craftsmanship of the home. The entire buying process was smooth and streamlined. Everyone I dealt with was professional and responsive. I had a warranty item that needed to be addressed and Shelby even contacted me after hours to make sure everything was working properly. Having dealt with a different builder in the past where turnover was high and addressing issues was frustrating, I cannot emphasize enough the value of working with an established builder. One that has been around and won't just complete a project and re-brand. Highly recommend Mazzarino

We recently had the pleasure of working with Mazzarino Construction, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. After looking at many homes, Mazzarino stood out as the best quality builder at this price point. Their attention to detail, commitment to quality, and the overall process of owning our home exceeded our expectations. The negotiation process was fair, and their team made the entire journey seamless and enjoyable. They provided impeccable post-move-in service, guiding us through the warranty process with ease. Mazzarino truly stands by their product with an outstanding builder’s warranty that gives us peace of mind. We would like to give special recognition to Amy To, who helped us design our home. Amy was genuine, easy to work with, and had an incredible eye for detail that truly elevated our experience. We also want to thank Josh and Gilbert for their professionalism during our walk-throughs and their meticulous attention to detail. Finally, Shelby was incredibly responsive, ensuring that all post-move-in concerns were addressed promptly by coordinating contractors and resolving issues in a timely manner. If you’re looking for a high-quality builder who stands by their work and provides exceptional service, we highly recommend Mazzarino Construction.

Everyone on the Mazzarino team (project managers, designers, support staff, listing agent, etc.) is extremely professional, personable, efficient, experts in their fields and a pleasure to work with from start to finish including the contract management and design/finish process. All are patient, thorough and knowledgeable with great attention to detail through the final walk through and closing. In multiple deals with Mazzarino I've had exemplary experiences and with great confidence continue to recommend their beautifully built, high quality homes to my clients.

Honestly I can’t say enough good things about this company. We had the most smooth home buying experience. The negotiation phase was very fair. The staff was so friendly, they did everything we asked for after inspection. The finishing of the house were very good quality. They were very organised and well structured internally. We feel blessed that we worked with them.

They butchered half of a large, established tree that sat on a lot next to one of their projects. Updating to 3 stars because they did at least respond and donate to a tree fund after this review.
