Due to weather (rain) our survey was delayed and we were concerned that closing would be delayed. I will give 0 star if possible, they are out to get your money not to do the job you paid for. I requested for platting on my property and I spoke with both my city and county clerks to verify the requirements. Tina in By-line accepted my job, took me on a merry go round for months and said she did family partition for the money I paid for platting. I asked them to fix it but they want another money for the same job. Take your business elsewhere, By-line is just a waste of time, a waste of money and resources.
