Today was my first time using this facility and it will not be my last. I won't be using any other. The staff was VERY NICE AND FRIENDS! I was uncomfortable for my reasons for going but the staff made all of that go away. The one lady that took my vitals made me feel like I've known her all my life. I won't use any other urgent care but this one from now on. I went August 19th and my appointment was @ 5:00. I love this place I highly recommend.

I recently took my 1-year-old daughter to this urgent care because she had been experiencing constant fevers for a few days. As any concerned parent would, I wanted answers and relief for my baby. Unfortunately, our experience fell short of what I had expected. The nurse practitioner barely conducted a thorough exam before quickly diagnosing her with strep throat and prescribing antibiotics. I had a gut feeling that the diagnosis was rushed, and something just didn’t feel right. After 72 hours with no improvement and my daughter still feeling miserable, I decided to take her to the ER at Fort Campbell. They ran a complete exam and lab work—something I wish had been done at urgent care—and confirmed that she did **not** have strep. It was extremely upsetting to learn that I had been giving my baby medication she didn’t need, all because of a rushed and inaccurate diagnosis. To make matters worse, when I called urgent care to request the medical records and lab results, I was told that their system was about to be changed and all results would be unavailable. The timing felt incredibly inconvenient and frustrating. This was a tough but eye-opening experience. I’ve learned to trust my instincts and not settle for quick answers when it comes to my child’s health. I hope this review encourages the urgent care facility to provide more thorough care and better communication in the future. Parents and patients deserve to feel heard and to receive accurate, careful treatment.

The front desk girl was so polite and helpful, and well organized to the young man who took my vitals and gave me a shot, and the lady doctor as well. The overall experience was wonderful and informative. All 3 created a atmosphere that was positive and uplifting. I normally go to a different urgent care closer to me, however I will be returning to this one if need be. Thank you for caring about what you do because it truly showed.

The first urgent care on Tiny Town said they were short staffed and wasn’t doing walk ins. Even though it said on the website they were and only had one person in line. This was at 6 pm and they are open till 8. The second one on Fort Campbell was teally quick and efficient. Got me in and out in very good time. The staff was really good in explaining things and thorough in there questions. Everyone there was very nice.

Muller was very rude. My mother has been in the medical field for 30+ years, so she asks questions when she’s with me. When she asked questions Muller acted as if my mother was dumb for asking these questions (what kind of tests are you running). We asked a question as we were walking out and she walked back in the room and slammed the door. I would not recommend going here. I’ve never had an experience where someone was this rude at an urgent care.

Dr Miller was absolutely NO help today and it was a waste of time. She came off very rude when trying to explain my mouth/ears hurting and told me i needed to start over and explain better. Another thing that happened was when i told her i was having sinus pressure in my face and her response was “what does that mean?” I’m sorry but WHAT DO YOU MEAN You’re a doctor and should know what i mean by pressure in my face. Never checked my sinus pressure and said “just take Allegra and Flonase” but if she would of looked in my chart from the nurse, she would of seen that i told her that before she came in the room. This is the worst location to go too.

I went into a doctors office and got treated with such love care and respect. From the front desk to the doctors visit. Everyone that helped me was so kind. I have nothing but praise for those that help me. The desk clerk, the nurse man ask the nurse practiser. Everything was asked and explained with care. I'm a happy camper. 1000000%
