I had a truly heartwarming experience at Cook on Teddington High Street last week, and I just had to share it to highlight the exceptional kindness of one of their staff members. On a sweltering hot day, I was parked outside the shop in a bay, catching up on emails on my phone. I'd been there for over 30 minutes, barely moving, when a lovely male employee popped out to check on me. He was concerned that I hadn't stirred much in the heat and wanted to make sure I was okay. Once he saw I was fine, he kindly invited me inside the air-conditioned shop for a glass of water to cool down! What a super chap. His thoughtful observation and genuine care really made my day. In a world that can feel rushed, people like him remind us of the best in humanity. I already use Cook regularly, although this is not an advert for their products (we all know how good they are) this is purely about the kindness and humanity of one of their employees. Thank you so much. Highly recommend Cook, Teddington not just for the great food, but for the fantastic team.

I've used Cook a few times now for various reasons - from catering large groups, to individual meals and a birthday dinner party. The food is always excellent, easy to prepare and tastes delicious. The staff are super helpful, even carrying boxes out to my car when needed. My recent home delivery experience was also wonderful - the food was beautifully packaged with a handwritten name tag, and the delivery man was incredibly kind and polite. I can't wait for my next order! Highly recommend the side of salmon and the cottage pie!

LOVE that Cook has a 'free from dairy' filter for all thier food- it has made my life soooo much easier since having to go dairy free. Great variety- food is delicious as always and brilliant for taking the mental load out of eating a few nights a week. Thanks Cook!

First time I've purchased from COOK. Certainly is a big range and the prices are ok. I'm stocking up my daughter's freezer for lunches she can heat up when at work (school). Only couple of negatives are that website seemed to be offering new customer discount, but that was unclear and frustrating, and shop wasn't welcoming, another of those common situations where staff more interested in themselves.

I make click and collect orders here. Occasionally they are out of stock of one of the dishes l've ordered and they always phone and let me know and make a suggestion to replace it. The social distancing measures in the shop are good, only one person at a time allowed in. And the food is delicious, my weekly treat to save cooking!

If you have not heard of this place, it only means the dinner ladies are taking the credit for the cooking. Today we paid a visit and I was really impressed. Firstly we were greeted by Fatima. Not only she offered hot samples but took time to do a little tour of the food kept in their freezers. Thank you Fatima, you are a star. We learned about the quality of the produce used. The taste. The different chefs involved. Voluntarily she went on. Very proud of what she sells. Meanwhile the other girls busy cleaning freezers, tidying up and the whole place gives you a good impression and warm welcome. The dishes are frozen, including cakes. They deliver and also offer season special deals. But what I came here for was to check the variety they offer. At my friend's dinner party, we were amazed by the taste. And we will come back. They cater for all diet needs. Gluten free, vegetarian, meat lovers. And to complete the deal, you can also buy the casserole dishes. Highly recommended!

Great place, I'm usually a regular at the Surbiton Store, but they close at 5pm, and so I cycled to Teddington to get some meals, as they close at 6pm in Teddington. Very friendly, welcoming and professional staff, would recommend and visit again!
