Always enjoy my visit to tearooms when we are in Campbell town on holiday. But this year big shout out to liz who went over and above by returning my glasses which I dropped in garden and got them returned to me in England. Thanks again liz and next time we are up the road i will sort out what I owe you 😘

Good cake and coffee. Inside seating in a square room. Three tables outside, another few in the greenhouse. You have to go through the shop to get there. View of the garden centre shelves. Clean toilets. Good place for a fill-up. But from the point of view of a German tourist, it's not really worth a detour.

Great garden centre, cafe has good selection of food and drink. I just had a bowl of soup with crusty bread followed by a cup of tea and a piece of biscotti cake. The soup was lovely and was an enormous portion as was the cake.

Entrance through the shop at Glenbarr. Traditional shop exterior leads like the tardis into a bigger place. Fantasic new cafe in the equally impressive little garden centre. Delicious daytime food, much of which is very locally sourced. Clean and comfortable surroundings with range of seating which includes sofas. Friendly helpful service. Really useful stop off for holidaymakers as well as serving the local community. Located on a small road which loops off the main A83 to service the hamlet of Glenbarr.
