This place is an oasis! There is a cafe with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. There is a good choice of food and drinks and although not the cheapest, it is very nice. There are occasional events and music on. The setting is absolutely beautiful, next to the lake where black swans and numerous ducks keep visitors entertained. There are several paddocks and enclosures housing alpacas, pigmy goats, wallabies, and numerous beautiful birds. There is also the nursery with an excellent selection of plants and a gift shop with many interesting and unusual gifts. Don't come to this place if you are in a hurry, there is far too much to see in a short visit.

Hidden gem - great cafe/restaurant with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Good choice of breakfast, lunch and kids items. Highly recommend the quiche Lorraine with chips. Kids portion was a good size. Lovely views over the pond and a nice bonus that there’s animals for the kids to see. I didn’t see any signs or advertisements, but it might be nice to be able to purchase small bags of food to give the animals from the kids. Garden centre is decent and very affordable/competitive

Lovely garden centre not far from Stanley, Cafe plus tearoom, outside seating area near to the lake, wild animals mainly birds, ect caged and running free. Live music on Sundays

First time there. The range of plants 🪴 is great. Poly tunnels just right.. The new gift shop is fabulous so I had to buy myself something. The cafe near the lake was very special 👌food and service great will definitely return ..can't wait. Only minor comment is some displays could be improved by design. Wheelchair accessible too but not too obvious on way in. 😉 Update 2025. After many repeat visits we are just so thankful this centre is nearby. Much improved over the years, now with an outdoor bar and stage area...the animals are rare and beautiful - 😍 thank you so much! Great job Great service ..I'll highly recommend a visit.

It has a very beautiful nature. It has a cafe with tables by the river. There are chickens and ducks that come to the children. You can also see white kangaroos and peacocks. There is also a beautiful gift shop. You can find many fruits, vegetables and plants. There are free car parks.

Fantastic section of plants, shrubs etc at a genuine nursery with a Great cafe selling homemade cakes, pastries and meals. Addition of a lovely gift shop too. Great value and dedicated staff.

Lovely peaceful place in a sunny day. Lots of birds and animals for kids to see. Lovely food and staff
