Zia Pizza

Really good value for money, excellent place in Salisbury! Pizza was unbelievable as well as the bruschetta, definitely will be back!

We ordered two pizzas from Zia at 6:10pm on a Friday evening via JustEat. What followed was a frustrating two-and-a-half-hour ordeal of excuses, blame-shifting, and zero accountability. After waiting far longer than expected, my wife chased up the delivery through both the app and direct calls to the restaurant. What followed was a merry-go-round of finger-pointing, with the restaurant blaming JustEat and JustEat blaming the restaurant. Meanwhile, we sat at home hungry, watching the order status bounce around. At one point it showed as only 13 minutes away, but then suddenly changed to 50 minutes. We tried to cancel and order elsewhere, but couldn’t. The status had been switched to “in progress,” which locked in our money and left us with no choice but to wait. After more than two hours, I called the restaurant again. The staff member who answered could do with some serious customer service training. He interrupted constantly and adopted a defensive tone, insisting it “wasn’t their fault” because they “had no control over the drivers.” That is not my concern. If a restaurant chooses to use JustEat, then it is their responsibility to ensure orders reach customers in a reasonable timeframe. In the end, I gave up waiting and went to collect the order myself. When I arrived at the restaurant at around 8:30pm, there was still no apology or acknowledgment of the poor service, only more excuses about JustEat. The staff seemed more interested in deflecting blame than addressing a clearly unhappy customer - who was now collecting their order in person 2 hours and 20 minutes after ordering a delivery… The pizzas themselves were ok, but the overall experience was appalling. A simple apology or gesture of goodwill could have salvaged something, but instead I left with a very bitter taste. We will not be ordering from Zia again.

Just popped in for a bite for lunch before getting a train, the gluten free pizza was catered safely. It and the regular Milano we had was delicious. For a quiet lunch it was peaceful and friendly service. Clean facilities and attentive staff. Thank you Zia’s

Absolutely loved this pizzeria! 🍕 The food was fresh, full of flavor, and served hot. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made the atmosphere even more enjoyable. The service was quick, and the prices are really fair for the quality you get. Definitely one of the best places in town for pizza — I’ll be coming back for sure!

Quiet late and lazy lunch here in a chilled atmosphere. Tasty pizza and good service. Great discovery for gooood pizza. Whilst other chain establishments exist- this knocks it out the park! Will be back!

Possibly the best pepperoni pizza I have ever had, and I have had a few. Excellent service and good 80s music to dine to. Well done Zia Pizza

Amazing food would highly recommend and will definitely be back. The website said it was fully booked but we thought we would try just in case and he managed to get us in :) so still try a walk in even if it says fully booked. We tried pizzas, lasagna and spaghetti bolognaise all were so good.

We shared a lovely mushroom pizza garlic bread chips and a bottle of house wine. It was all delicious. The owners are so nice friendly people and let our little Jack Russell come sit under the table. I would 100 percent recommend this place and next time we visited Salisbury would love to return. Thanks for a fab meal.
