Just used this petrol station on the way home from Cornwall to buy some refreshments and use the loo. The toilet was reasonably clean and tidy, couldn’t really complain so based on other reviews I’ve read looks like this has been improved in recent times. Prices a bit expensive but that’s usual for a main-route services I guess. Cash machine, air, etc on site.

Overflowing rubbish bins greet you when you arrive, and several pumps out of service. Small, cramped shop, but friendly staff.

Poorly maintained, and the route in and out is in a deplorable state; the exit road was almost completely flooded today. Shell ought to invest a tiny amount of their significant profits into making this service station less of an utter disgrace.

Absolute rip off. Murco in Bulford is 11p a litre cheaper for diesel. Why would anyone even come here I don't recommend shell garage at all and would encourage others to avoid 100%.

It is quiet dirty. There is always big puddle even when it is not raining as you drive in and than you can reverse back because of safety and there is no option other you have cross it and make your car dirty. This water is so dangerous for your electronics parts or sensors. Staff members are friendly but they can’t do anything. Shell should do something about this big puddle.

Very disspointed with she'll Amesbury. Order a crystal ice vape bar through uber and got sent cherry liquid pods, phoned the garage to address this as it wasn't the uber drivers fault. When trying to explain to the guy on the phone he was rude and hung up on me. Very poor customer services.
