Shame on you leaving the women’s toilets in this utterly disgusting state … days old wee and pooh dripping off the toilet seat and layers of grime … clearly hadnt been cleaned in days - dread to think what the kitchen is like but the rest of the restaurant was just as bad . Manager (Aidan/ethan? ) refused to give me his full name or his manager’s details, had no ID badge - seemed very unconcerned and told me to complain online if I had an issue -looking at other reviews this is clearly not a new problem. Avoid at all costs unless you want to catch something!

Disgusting Food and Zero Accountability – Shame on KFC and Uber Eats Absolutely appalling experience from KFC Solstice Park. My wife ordered me lunch via Uber Eats — what turned up was nothing short of a joke. The food was clearly old, dry, and stale — the meat was hard as a rock, and the fries were cold, limp, and tasted like they'd been reheated from the day before. Nothing about it was fresh (see attached photos). I had to throw the entire meal in the bin — in the middle of a busy workday, in this heat, with no time to waste. I ended up walking to M&S and buying lunch again out of pocket. £17.98 gone. I emailed KFC directly and was told to complain through Uber Eats, who then had the nerve to issue me a £4 credit — no refund, no apology, no option to respond. So not only was I left hungry and frustrated, I paid full price for garbage food and was fobbed off by both KFC and Uber Eats. If you value your money and sanity, avoid this branch and think twice about ordering through Uber Eats.

Absolutely filthy restaurant doesn’t look like it’s been cleaned in ages . Toilets are discussing. If this place has a manager then he needs to have a word with himself . One member of staff went straight from picking up litter in the car park to serving food, he was also his top was covered in dog hairs . How is this place allowed to operate.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely amazing customer service! I had a long journey back to Birmingham and popped in for a quick bite — and I’m so glad I did. The gentleman on the till was incredibly polite and professional, a true credit to the team. The food? Hands down the best KFC I’ve had in years — fresh, hot, perfectly cooked. KFC as a whole should take note: this is the standard every branch should aim for. This is how the chicken should be. Massive respect to the team here — they’ve nailed it.

Me and my partner ordered, upon arrival she told me we were missing a cookie. I went up to explain and staff were polite, apologetic and told us they had no more cookies, so offered us ice cream instead. Once giving it to us they apologised once again, mistakes happen, people are human but it was a very pleasant experience!

I had a great experience! Sadly seem to be in the minority, maybe things have improved recently? Service was good, it was being cleaned the whole time we were there, toilets clean, tables clean and food was really tasty! Inside and outside seating.

The air con was broken and there was one mobile air-conditioner in the entire restaurant and that was blowing out warm air. Staff seemed nice enough but toilets were almost unusable dirty. They weren't that busy so there was no excuse for that...a necessary stop for us but I wouldn't go back by choice.
