This is an amazing place to have in Salisbury! The food is perfection and there are so many unique dishes that you don't find at other Indian restaurants. I really enjoyed all of the food and drinks. I asked the waiters lots of questions about what was in certain dishes and they were happy to assist. Everyone was friendly and the decor is great too. Thoroughly recommend this place for a foodie night out! I had lunch for the next day sorted too with our leftovers! I also always love a place that serves dessert wine 👌

Amazing food and service as usual, thank you! Authentic and fresh, which i think is a struggle at most places. The lamb neck curry is probably one one of the best Indian dishes I've eaten; i certainly recommend! My only negative feedback is the dance music that was playing. Had an absolutely amazing meal at Anokaa! The food was spot on full of flavour and cooked to perfection. The staff were so friendly and helpful, making the whole experience even better. The restaurant itself was clean, tidy, and had a lovely atmosphere. We will definitely be going back soon. Highly recommend!

A refreshingly unique Indian dining experience. The dishes are crafted with exceptional care, combining delicate preparation with vibrant, flavourful presentation. Each bite bursts with colour and character. The staff are wonderfully attentive, friendly, and engaging, making you feel truly welcome. An unexpected highlight was the magician, whose performance was absolutely mind-blowing and added a delightful twist to the evening.

Beautiful contemporary Indian food with the service and ambience to match. I've been a few times now but last night's meal was truly special. We made the trip all the way from Bournemouth as I think it's totally worth it! I opted for the prawns to start and the lambs neck curry for my main and both were absolutely delicious and full of flavour, I could have anything from the menu as it's clear each dish has been carefully curated. The beautiful lamb in the curry just fell apart as soon as I touched it with my fork, it was cooked to perfection and very high quality. My fiancé had a korma and that was also delicious, very flavoursome and tender. The service and ambience is also excellent, the staff are all over it and always accommodating and polite if not a little quick to take your plate after you've finished a course but that's a very minor thing in an otherwise excellent experience! If you want to go for an Indian but want something a bit more special and unique Anokaa is an absolute must! Thank you for a memorable birthday meal!

Our children had the chicken korma, my wife ordered the lamb korma, and I chose the slow-cooked lamb neck. Every single dish was outstanding. My wife’s lamb korma was beautifully balanced, rich, and comforting, and my lamb neck was nothing short of perfection: slow-cooked until meltingly tender, bursting with flavour, and presented with real pride. As a professional chef, I rarely leave a restaurant thinking, “I couldn’t have done that better myself.” But this was one of those rare occasions. The depth of flavour, the balance of spices, and the skill in execution were simply exceptional. It wasn’t just dinner; it was a reminder of why dining out can be such a joy when you find a place that truly cares about every plate they serve. The service team deserve a mention too — attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making sure we had a wonderful evening. Nothing felt rushed, nothing was too much trouble. All in all, this restaurant has raised the bar. It’s the kind of place you leave already planning your next visit. If you’re considering where to eat, don’t hesitate — this is a gem that more than deserves to be celebrated.

The variety of the foods they give you, the flavors and themes they manage to incorporate in every dish, their spectacular service, and their lunch prices are honestly phenomenal. If you are anywhere near here during lunch time, you owe it to yourself to visit. They give you a mint at the end of your meal so don't worry about garlic breath. Oh yeah, they know how to split a bill. It's honestly insane.
