Just went to this location and tried ordering 2 separate orders through the drive through. They told us we had to go inside if we had 2 separate orders. We went inside and tried ordering a 10 piece piece meal that they had advertised outside on the board. The lady had an attitude and started acting dumb. We told her they had it advertised. And we decided to leave and as we walked away she started to cuss at us and said we was acting childish. And still proceeded to cuss through the window as other customers was at the window. Will not ever order from this place ever again and if I could contact her supervisor and have her fired I would. Unprofessional.

The service at this place is horrible. They are racist towards Hispanics. This is the second time I've come here and they treat me very badly. They close at 11 pm. I arrived at 10 pm. He told me it was closed and was speaking rudely. And looking at me with a face of disgust. The people who serve here are African American people. Then they complain that they are discriminated against, when they are the ones discriminating against Latinos. Let's see how the superior of this food establishment is going to solve these problems of poor customer service and racism that they have. The next time I come here, if they discriminate against me again, speak badly, etc., I am going to press charges against this food company. It is shameful that in the area we live there are people so rude and committing this type of racism. When all you want is to buy from their food line, you are not asking for anything for free, you are paying for a service. And to the lady who serves the fast food line, I would ask that if she doesn't like working, she better stay home and look for another type of job. She is not qualified to work in customer service, since she practices racism and serves with bad manners.

This location is not it, ordered a classic chicken sandwich with no pickle, I got a chicken sandwich with some kind of hot sauce all over it, (I don’t like spicy food) my fry’s was not in the bag went to tell them that and they looked at me like I was stupid, no wonder there’s never a line here, it’s because the service sucks pay $10 and get half your order and that half is still wrong waste of money and time.

The bowl was good and filling. Service was very minimal! Not rude but not polite or welcoming. The drink machine was dirty and the tray under the drink dispenser was quite dirty. I took a straw and scratched the white stuff you see in the picture. The dining area was clean otherwise.

My sandwiches were ice cold, tenders were hard, and the corn was not the right color. Also, restrooms were left with exposed tp and no paper towels.

Called in advance 2 days prior to need and ordered 20 piece with 10 biscuits and 5 sides. On day of need called and asked if I could pick up a little early. They said it would not be in the system until at least 3:30 when I said I would be coming. I went at 3:50 to pick up my order. They informed me that I did not have a order. When I became upset, they advised me that this was my fault not theirs, and the lady became extremely belligerent with me. This infuriated me as I had to take this order to a grieving family after the viewing. I had to replace my order they said and see if they had it. Against my better judgement this is what I had to do to fill the needs of the family but I had to wait for them to prepare the meals that I ordered. Which I really didn't have time to do. I will not be returning! From now on I will go to Bojangles and give them my $95.10.

Whoever was working the drive thru tonight was so rude I had a pick up order she told me I needed to come inside after I had already tried and doors were locked then proceeded to tell me my order just came thru very inconvenient and very rude I will not be back

Wish they had more and better selection of sides, other than that the extra crispy chicken is all I like, the original is not up to my liking at ALL.
