McDaniel and his team were excellent! They were very calm, flexible, and served the exact right amount of food! Our wedding got unexpectedly cold and windy, but they rolled with the schedule perfectly.

McDaniel was so gracious to offer me, my fiancé and some family with a delicious tasting ahead of our big day. Not only did it taste amazing, but it was a great opportunity to chat and plan for the set-up of our venue and what the day-of would look like. We’re very excited to see how it all comes together!

Thank you for doing a beautiful and delicious job for my daughter and son in law’s wedding. I’m so thankful I get to enjoy all the leftovers, you packaged up and labeled so well for us.

Chef MacDaniel and his crew did a phenomenal job catering multiple meals for our staff and crew while we were in Asheville. He was quick with responses, put together great menus for us and accommodated dietary restrictions with ease!

Our wedding was about one month after hurricane Helene hit WNC. MacDaniel and the team really pulled through for us. Once they were able to get some lines of communication open, they regularly kept us in the loop on how their operations were impacted. Despite the circumstances, this team delivered us everything we had originally planned and did an exceptional job. On the wedding day, they were really flexible as we had to make a lot of game time decisions due to the weather. Super helpful and friendly. And then there's the food!!! It was all a huge hit, especially the mac and cheese shooters. Absolutely order those. And the pancetta. The team put together a really great gluten free pasta option for our guests too. Couldn't recommend these guys enough!!

As the owner of Memories Made with Brittney Lashea, I am dedicated to creating unforgettable events by working closely with vendors to bring our clients' visions to life. I am thrilled to attest that partnering with Ciao y’all Catering has demonstrated professionalism, promptness, and exceptional communication. They did a phenomenal job at the Lowrance Wedding right after hurricane Helene. We didn’t know if this was even going to be able to happen but they came through for my couple and I am forever appreciative of all their hardworking and Dedication. The food was absolutely delicious. I wholeheartedly enjoyed our collaboration and enthusiastically recommend them to anyone looking to elevate their event to new heights.

Ciao Y'all catered our June 2024 wedding and it was DELICIOUS. Excellent service, reasonable price tag, delicious food. The owner was incredibly nice and accommodating for us during the planning stages. I highly recommend the pistachio pesto pasta as one of your catering picks, it was a guest favorite
