This is an excellent budget level hotel that is conveniently located to Charlotte via the close by I77, to shopping and to restaurants. Booked ahead as a Choice member so registration was quick and seamless. The room was main floor so next to parking. The TV, refrigerator and AC all worked well. The room and bathroom were clean and tidy but obviously aged. The beds were firm and comfortable. Initially there was extra noises from doors opening and closing and the sound of a shower running and we were concerned but everyone settled down by a reasonable hour. We would return here if travel plans matched up.

Absolutely no complaints. The room was clean and the housekeepers are polite and accommodate any needs. (Changing the towels, coffee, etc.) The staff at the front desk are so nice and never rude. The bed was super comfy. The water was actually hot. The WiFi worked great the entire time. No lagging at all. Also there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Super Walmart is just down the street. Door dash and at least 2 pizza places deliver there as well. No sketchy people in the well lit parking lot. Also good value.

The photos on the website are deceiving. Bathrooms doors are old and from the 70 style with pieces of veneer breaking. Showers have the old style orange walls and old tan/brown tiles which you could not tell are dirty or clean. Toilet would almost completely fill to the rim before draining. Occurred in both rooms. TV’s are the old flat screens that are still chunky. The curtains in the rooms look as we walked back into the 70’s. We had to switch rooms due to the AC unit was not working. Both rooms had the same picture of race/sports cars as a teenager would hang. For being a 3 star motel, I expected more. For 30 bucks more I should have stayed at a hotel with more luxuries. Plus I didn’t realize this place was a motel not a hotel. A big turn off for me. So my selection was wrong. When you pull into a motel/hotel parking lot around 6pm and it looks like a ghost town…….. turn around and find another facility to stay at .

I chose this hotel for a quick overnight stay, with breakfast at 6:30. I went to open the front door to breakfast at 6:30 and again at 6:50am and the doors were locked no note, no signs of breakfast being setup and no person available. I had to leave to continue my driving and find breakfast elsewhere. Very frustrating and disappointing. I want some type of compensation on my stay!!!😡

They advertised a pool ... It was not opened this year. Breakfast yogurt was four days expired. Gold members are supposed to be able to check in early and check out late... That was not the case... Or they did not know about. The pool was a big deal. We selected this place because of the pool

Accommodations were not worth the price. Expected better. Room smelled of old smoke and dirt. Deadbolt on door hardly worked, and had another guest access our room with a functioning key within the first hour we were in the room. If I hadn't thrown the door catch, they would've been standing in the room with us and I'd have been going for my pistol.

Over night stop. Comfortable beds great pillows. Quiet. Good smelling room -I got a smoking room and it didn't have burns or terrible smells, very happy with my stay. Both night and morning staff were very pleasant. We did not stay for breakfast.

The hotel was reasonably clean and appointed but I reduced 3 stars due to the pool not being open and that not being disclosed. I selected this pool because it had a pool. Had I of known it wasn't open, I would've gone to another hotel.
