Syler Construction, Inc.

Syler built a two story 800' addition to our house this past winter. We had exceptional results. Thier team kept us well informed on the build process. Syler used local high end subcontractors and the results was outstanding....all at a competitive price. Highly recommend Syler!!

We've recently moved into our dream home and have been pleased with the whole Syler team, start to finish. The attention to detail and communication has been top notch considering all the changes and questions we had. We would highly recommend Syler to anyone who is looking to build!

We used Syler to design and build our dream home! The Syler team did a great job from start to finish. They provided personalized service, high quality finishes, and the work was done in a timely and professional manner. We highly recommend Syler for your home building needs!

I do not recommend doing business with this company, they will put your money, your time, your dreams and even your emotional stability at risk, because the owner only cares to make money, the people who are happy with the houses that they build is because they do not know all the mistakes behind their well-painted walls, I hired them almost 2 years ago and it was my biggest and most expensive nightmare, after a year of starting they had not even built half of my house, they made many mistakes and when I realized that, they charged me for fixing all their mistakes thousands and thousands of dollars, I fired them. My house has so much damage that to repair it exceeds 350 thousand, all my windows been installed wrong and they need to be replace, water is all in my house , besides the roof was separated from the house and the structure of my house is not strong enough, I have a book engineer report with 82 mistakes in my house, they used to overcharged up to 3 times the real cost of things, ghostly expenses for up to 10 thousand dollars, not to mention that they asked me to advance money to pay for my cabinets and my upgrades and they stole it from me, they never paid the cabinets company and I realized that overcharged me 12500 more than what they really cost, they are not enough to charge you for making your house they are going to put charges that do not exist and that money goes directly into the pocket of the arrogant owner, they are scammers, three months ago they were fired And they still acting like. .........to not return my money back to fix their mess. UPDATED 🔥🔥 We paid you over a 116,000.00 cash for upgrades you never did, and they still in your pocket GARRET! I won’t pay a penny more to a company that did a dirty job in my house, you are going to give me back all the money that it was overcharged me, and the one that you stolen. Garret Syler was FIRED directly on 02-05-19 After we asked him to correct all the errors and imperfections that were in the construction and he would like to charge us for fixing them thousands and thousands more! I have the text messages with him and also emails where he answers us very rudely after we asked him to fix them, I'll see you in court soon!

I have worked with this builder several times and their quality is fantastic! You can tell Garret takes great pride in his work and design. Their contract process is seamless which is super important to me as a real estate agent. They offer several floor plans and their pricing and upgrades are easily outlined and transparent. Highly Recommend!

Garrett provided consistent and documented communication that outlined both projects they completed for us. He made changes, per our request, on three different occasions and was upfront regarding pricing changes. My father who was a civil engineer visited the site daily and was very appreciative of Syler’s craftsmanship and attention to the details. Our son was also having a deck built at the same time and the company building his took twice as long. Syler always let us know if they were not going to work on our project for a day and they were dependable when scheduled.

I have worked with many builders in my real estate career, and I am very pleased with Syler Constructions organization, design and customer service. The customer is always up-to-date on the progress of their custom home, as Syler Construction offers great communication. From choosing one of their many award-winning floor plans, to picking the perfect lot, to their final walk-through, you won’t be disappointed with the amount of support you’ll receive. I highly recommend Syler Construction to build your dream home.
