Currently live in these apartments and love it. Very quiet and peaceful. I have great neighbors. Tanya is an awesome landlord. She has always been responsive and helpful. The building is kept very clean. I have no plans to leave anytime soon. Its a great place to live.

I have had a great experience renting with Torgberg builders. Tonya (the landlord) is fantastic. She is very sweet and always resolving issues within the building. I have no complaints living here, and I have been in this building for about 5 years. Fellow neighbors are friendly and no noise issues. As for the 1 star review from “Zach”, you all need to consider the source. You can clearly see he frequently rates businesses negatively, by looking at his reviews. Clearly an attention seeking liar when faced with the slightest inconvenience. If you are looking to rent here, you should!! It’s great! Friendly residents and hard working/sweet landlord.

I loved living here! I lived here winter of 2020- summer of 2023 and it was great. The property manager Tanya was always so on top of everything and very communicative. The property was always well kept and the amenities were in good condition as well. The only reason I moved was to have a little more space than the studio I was in, but I would rent here again in a heartbeat!

Rented a 1 bedroom Apt here with a 1 year lease. I was coming from out of state and handled the application process via email and phone calls. When I arrived the property manager went out of her way to get me in the space the same day so I didn’t have to stay another night in a hotel. Everything in the space worked great and there were never issues. The one time the internet went down they sent someone out in the middle of the night to fix their server. I bought a house and moved out of the apartment during my ninth month on my lease. Property manager let me know if I gave them a written notice that I’d vacated the property that they would re rent it earlier. I was expecting to just pay rent through my lease period but three weeks or so later I got a message saying they’d re rented the space and asked where to send my deposit. This was an unexpectedly good compromise that let them continue to have renters and make money from the space staying occupied and let me out of the last two months of rent for my lease. I even got all my deposit back minus a carpet cleaning fee which was also pretty fair given that I made a spirited attempt at cleaning the space but figured I’d get charged for it anyways and resigned myself to losing most of the deposit. Great experience overall. I don’t normally review things but I appreciate being dealt with in an honest manner. Would rent from again.

My sister lived there and I visited a lot, it was always quiet and well kept not only outdoors but indoors as well. The apartments were spacious with in unit washer and dryers. The pool/hot tub/sauna was always accessible as well as the gym. Both of us had no complaints about the place.

Hot tub jets won’t work and sauna has never worked (even after resets). Manager Tanya is always under the influence and won’t respond to problems.
