My water lines had pressure issues and a plumber could not help. Then the water stopped after he left. Thw well company he recommended told me on the phone without inspection i would probably need a new well. A builder friend recommended Pearson Drilling with great confidence. They not only came out the next day at the time discussed, but fixed the well (check valve and union replaced) without "replacement" at a fair price. Great service! Great communication! Great company!

Twenty years ago, Pearson drilled the well and installed the pump and related equipment for our new home. We have had no problems for all those years - not a single service call or repair. More recently, though, our electric usage has been sky high. I suspected the cause might be our well pump/system, and a little bit of internet research told me I might be on the right track. I called Pearson and they were able to come out the same week on my preferred day. Brian called me a few minutes before our early morning appointment to tell me he was on the way and he arrived right on time. He quickly diagnosed that the pressure tank was "well" past its prime and installed a new tank and pressure switch. He took all of an hour to make the repair and he was on his way. Nobody likes to incur the expenses of home repairs, but when you do, you hope you can work with a company like Pearson.

I got quotes from multiple companies. Apparently due to my very small yard only 2 of them had equipment to complete the job. Both quotes where equal, but Pearson could get to the job first and since I had no water at my vacation rental property during peak rental season I choose them. They had to come back 4 different times. First they forgot to order miss dig to mark underground utilities. Then the tank was installed too far from the pressure switch causing a clicking noise. I had 2 different renters have the deal with that issue. Was told 3 days to complete job. It was 4 weeks before it worked properly. Finally when fixed my invoice was 18% higher than quoted.

They did a good job, but when I got my bill they added over 10% to the original quote. So if you like getting a bill for over $500 more than they quoted the job for then these are the guys to hire!
