Nice & spacious. Warm too. On this occasion we only had latte & hot chocolate with toasted tea cake. But the meals which were being served to other tables looked very nice. Cant wait to go back.

Well. Pulled into the car park with a caravan and parked it out of the way with enough room for a Class 1 to get through. On entering the Cafe, the faces on the staff and atmosphere was something else, the guy in the kitchen inparticular, remenicent of The Slaughtered Lamb, but let it go. That was not right In front of two grand children but we sat down, but were then told to park on a narrow road half on the grass verge just after a dangerous bend. All staff were looking at us, hands on hips style so we left. We've done some of this countries finest hotels, restaurants and cafes but this response was in a class of its own. I think it may have started by someone who shot in front of me and blocked a turning space who I suspect worked there who I politely asked if she minded parking somewhere else but just looked vacant for 5 minutes sat looking at us in her mini. Never again, horrible atmosphere unless I suspect your a villager.

Called in for breakfast. £6.99 for standard breakfast plus the cost of tea. About £17 for 2 of us. Toast was cold and hard, overall breakfast warm. Good sausage, poor bacon. Very dissapointed.

Noisy, basic cafe, nice little shop. Charity runs this, the Rock Foundation, they make smashing garden furniture, sensibly priced. There is a lovely view from car park and sometimes home grown veggies, yummy!
