Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Bossier City/Casino Area

I had a really pleasant stay at this motel. The hospitality was excellent, and the staff made me feel welcome throughout. On the day of checkout, I had an important interview scheduled right after 11 a.m. and asked if I could stay for an extra hour. They kindly allowed me without charging anything extra, which I truly appreciated. The lady at the front desk was so kind-hearted and respectful, and her friendly attitude made my stay even better. Small gestures like this show how much they care about their guests. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort and genuine hospitality

Everything about my stay was perfect. Very friendly staff. They made check-in so smooth and easy. The room and bathroom were also really clean. Beds were comfortable and clean. The receptionist ever made my husband fresh coffee since we missed the breakfast. I would recommend this hotel if you are ever in the area. Wonderful place.

Stayed here for one night. Room was updated beds were comfortable. I had one issue with the sheets, but it was corrected almost immediately! A+ for that! I always check my sheets and spray with lysol...hope you do the same! The issue wasn't bed bugs so dont go spreading rumors! Lol...it was dirty sheets! That wasn't a management thing it was a lazy employee problem. The room was clean otherwise...I would stay again.

I’ve got to say that I’m pleasantly impressed with this Day’s inn!! We needed to find a quick place to stay for the weekend and my wife booked us here. At first I was worried when she told me because I’m originally from here and the old one that burned down was very outdated but this is a different place and has completely satisfied us. From the check in with the owner to the newly renovated rooms to the service. Ms Tammy is amazing and the owner himself takes so much pride and has done a remarkable job getting this place back to being beautiful and relaxing. Easy access and plenty of food places around. Don’t overlook this place cause it’s 1000x better than it used to be with high quality rooms. I am truly impressed and happy with our stay. Thank you to all.

I recently had the pleasure of arranging accommodations for my employees at Days Inn, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The hotel offered clean and nice rooms that provided a comfortable and restful environment for my team after their busy workdays. The standout feature, however, was the great service at the front desk. The staff was courteous and professional ensuring a hassle-free stay for everyone. Their attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction did not go unnoticed. Overall, Days Inn proved to be an excellent choice for business accommodations. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality lodging combined with outstanding customer service.

This was an unexpected delight. Check in was super easy since I had done some of it online, but the person who checked me in was also very nice, helpful and informative. Nicely done renovations. Room was clean and the hotel is quiet. Housekeeping checked in everyday to see if the room needed refreshing. Overall, great stay. Will definitely be back.

Check in was easy. Staff friendly and helpful. Price more than reasonable for newly renovated rooms. The room had a new mattress that was so comfortable I didn't want to get up. Housekeeping was friendly and paid attention to detail which has not been the norm for us. Well done Days Inn in Bossier city. We will be back !

Really enjoyed my stay here! The room was super clean, everything looked updated, and it just felt well taken care of. The staff was friendly too. It was really affordable for how nice it was. I’ll definitely be back!
