JOE & THE JUICE

I’ve been coming here regularly for over a year and have noticed some great improvements recently. The service is quicker, the team is efficient, and the new manager is definitely making a positive difference. Well done!

I come at 7 pm, they refused to take order. It happened twice in working days. Internet issue or something else. There are drinks still a viable as I can see on counter. I have the feeling they just can’t be bothered to make drinks before they closing down. It’s only 7.35 and they suppose to close at 8. They even reduced to do take away

I don't know why people write about bad service, I was served very quickly and efficiently. The drink was awesome, definitely recommend giving it a try. Yes, the prices are great, but overall it's worth it. Also the ginger shot is very cool.

We asked for a simple juice at 3.30pm on a Sunday. There were 3 members of staff, and 2 other customers. It was dead quiet. We ordered and they told us it would be a fifteen minute wait, for a single juice due to “other juice being made first”. Poor service, and this is their attempt at an açai bowl.

I wonder if the staff here are trained to be incompetent or does it just come naturally? Do they deliberately take their time with orders? I so miss Crussh they always gave fantastic customer service and the juices were better . I will never ever buy anything from joe and the juice ever again. Appalling backward chain. Shame on you.

Ordered a matcha via the app. When I turned up to get it it was milk with a dash of matcha. Usually the matcha is a perfect green colour from here. I asked for more matcha and received another tiny dash. After the 4th time of asking I ended up just leaving the “matcha” on the counter and have requested a refund. Usually their matcha is 10/10 but the fact it took 2 people to try and make it correctly … and they still didn’t make it correctly! Staff were rude too when I asked politely.

Honestly the worst service I’ve ever had at a j&tj as someone who has previously worked for the company, I can honestly say it’s shocking.I come to this store because I love the sandwiches, and every time I’m utterly disappointed, the queue is always huge, the staff are so unmotivated, they are exceptionally slow to the point where I want to step into the kitchen and make my own sandwich. Last time I came here they were still prepping which should have been done prior to the store opening. It took them 45 minutes to make a spicy tuna and oat latte and they had missed the mozzarella I’d paid extra for and begrudgingly added it in there after I complained. This is honestly wild.

Worst service ever. I’ve held my tongue for almost a year since I started working int he area. But the service is so slow, often 20-30 minutes for a coffee. Even in quiet periods! I’m writing this as I’ve sat here for 20 minutes, watching the staff having conversations, moving so slow, stopping. There’s only 3 people waiting. I go up to ask why I’ve been waiting for 20 minutes and they say “Oh yeah. We don’t have vanilla” they could have said that! Then as I get my drink, it’s made with regular milk and not oat milk, I have quite a bad allergy to lactose. On so many other occasions I’ve been given the wrong drink because they couldn’t be asked to read. I refuse to go back
