JOE & THE JUICE

Half the time theyre out of ingredients Staff are slow and clearly cannot be bothered Staff push you to order on the app, would help if you actually had wifi in your store to do this. Not a relaxed atmosphere, dirty, overpriced and always out of ingredients. Dark and dingy interior , feels depressing as soon as you walk in . Squeezing around people who are queuing/ waiting/ eating

I use to love Joe & the juice , but I came here on Thursday morning and I ordered “açai bowl” and one espresso , coffee was good but come on they served me the açai bowl which was frozen , when I ask staff about it they advised that only need 4 minutes to defrost !!! Not even close .. I sat there for at least 10-15 minutes and what I got ? An ice cream for breakfast, for 9£ thank you !staff was kind though

The employees at this location are incredibly friendly, but the cleanliness needs serious attention. The tables, chairs, and booth benches were so dirty it was actually gross—I had to wipe down my own table and chair just to sit inside. It’s surprising given that there are plenty of staff members around, and cleanliness should be a priority. Such a shame, because the staff is great, but the environment could definitely use improvement.

I have always liked Joe & the juice, I feel that it is a little expensive but for how delicious the sandwiches are it is worth it, this is the second time that I come to the one in Hampstead and once again it has been disappointing, my sandwich tastes burnt and the lady who took my order was very rude, she asked me something about the app and as I did not understand her I asked her to repeat it to which she responded by rolling her eyes and asking me for my name to call me when the order was ready, everyone's attitude is quite hostile.

Always so slow (20 minutes to make a juice) Never have a clue what they’re doing. ALWAYS out of ingredients. The Hampstead branch is so bad. Today we tried to order two juices. We waited 20 minutes for them. The lady making them waited until they were ‘done’ to tell us they ‘just’ realised they didn’t have one of the ingredients. Why not tell us when we ordered so we could pick something else Waste of time, waste of money. Please hire competent staff.

This branch always manages to disappoint, whether you go in person or order, they ALWAYS mess something up. Ordered on Deliveroo this morning to have my smoothie arrive half empty and with probably a half jar of cinnamon because it doesn’t taste of anything else … Just avoid

Amazing place the juice is made while you wait fresh. The aura in the store is lovely and the staff seem like genuinely nice people

While paying £8.00 for juice might seem extravagant, Joe & The Juice manages to deliver a great tasting end product in a cool and relaxed space. The menu features breakfast bowls (accai bowl £8.50 and instant porridge £3.20), sandwiches (£7.40), snacks, coffee, juices and shakes. The shakes are gloriously thick and tasty. Their avo shake (£7.00) is my personal favorite - avocado, banana, ice, vanilla milk. On the juice front, the Joes AMG is recommended - apple, ginger, ice, mint, olive oil. The service is friendly and energetic. The only area for improvement is the cleanliness of the tables and floor area.
