The manager banged on my door at 10:50 in the morning and demanded that I leave immediately and take my little 7 pound companion dog with me. I had paid $90 for the room plus $100 deposit of which he returned nothing. He also kept all of my clothes, my shoes and all of my makeup. My prescription medicine and the keys to my storage unit were also taken. I was in a wheelchair with a broken hip and no vehicle and he forced me to leave. I had plenty of money but I guess he didn't like me being in a wheelchair. The night manager did not have a problem with this and she was actually helpful getting me change and reaching parts of the snack machines that I could not reach. Personally I have never been treated like this until I started using a wheelchair.

Not the Best, But It Works for a Night We recently stayed at this hotel, and there were both pros and cons. The parking lot was easy to get in and out of, with plenty of spaces available, which was a big plus. The lady who checked us in was super nice and made us feel welcome. Breakfast was also solid, with the usual eggs, sausage, breads, and cereals. I have to say, the sausage links were particularly delicious! However, the building itself is showing its age. It could really use a remodel. Our room had a lot of moisture damage around the window, with rotted pieces along the edges, and the beds were just okay—on the lumpy side. The walls had various stains, which wasn’t very appealing. Overall, it's a decent option if you need a place to stay, but it wouldn’t be my first choice unless they update things a bit. You’ll be fine for a night, but don't expect too much in terms of comfort or aesthetics.

The refrigerator made a noise that they refused to fix it because I was only there for a few nights. Also management does not read there reviews. Their response to me was about an air conditioner. I was talking about a refrigerator.

We have stayed at many Comfort Inn hotels. This hotel was pretty good. The staff were very friendly and accommodating us with a late check in. The rooms were very clean and updated. The bed was a bit firmer than I personally like, but I was able to sleep. The hotel itself was very quiet, however, the noise from the highway was a bit much. Breakfast was delicious, and the common area was extremely clean, and welcoming. They even had lemon water available by the lobby desk. It was a pleasant stay.

Great place to stay. The service here was amazing they helped me out so much with getting my room booked. Thank you so much. The breakfast is also I would say better then most restaurants. Biscuits and gravy mmmmmmmmm!!!!!!!!!

I’ve definitely stayed in better hotels. Me and my family stayed here traveling to see my brother for his birthday. The room itself was clean and comfortable. However, I went to leave the room to go get a cup of ice from the ice machine downstairs, I come back to the room, the room key wouldn’t work. I was like, “Uhhhhhhh, why is my room key not working?” So, had to go down to the front desk to tell them what’s going on and I was told that I used my room key too many times and it deactivated it. They were able to reactivate my room key without an issue and sure enough, it worked fine after that. Couldn’t go to the pool either because it was outdoors and it was closed for the year. Breakfast also wasn’t that good. So, staff itself could’ve been better but I’ve seen worst and this hotel, I’ve seen worse

We chose to stay here by accident. I accidentally booked this location on the Choice Rewards app. We intended to stay at the Sleep Inn. This was my mistake that I soon grew to regret. When checking in, the staff were concerned about my service dog, which is understandable, but questions were asked that are not legally allowed. I still answered said questions without hesitation or attitude. After a couple of days, staff became increasingly rude. The day before our last day, one staff member confronted me and wanted to know when I was leaving because we are messing up their "ARP" numbers because we had used our rewards points and stayed free. The entire time we were there, we did not request room service, nor did we have the housekeeping staff clean the room. We did not cause any issues that we were aware of. I even chose to go up and down the stairs and use a side entrance so my service dog would not be in the way at all. My experience with the facility was pleasant, but the level of rude behavior coming from the staff overshadowed everything. Not only will I not stay with a Comfort Inn again, but I highly advise others to stay clear of the one in Henderson KY. If you are going to participate in a rewards program, don't get mad or have an attitude against people who use the points they have earned.

Very clean. It was really hot in the hallway but the temps were incredibly during my stay. The older one style vent a/c units are outdated. They still work great in the room, however. The bathtub was very outdated. I only mention these things, which weren't a bother, bc of the high cost for a single room. It's not that special to justify what is charged here. Overall, I had a good stay. The pool is very nice too!
