Another online order delivery fail... My Asda app told me the driver was 2 stops away for well over three quarters of an hour which I thought was strange. My 1 hour slot came and went. The driver turned up 20 minutes late. Apparently he had stopped to have his lunch !!!! That was bad enough but while putting my order away I discovered there were 3 items missing from my order. So fed up of this. When the orders used to come from Elgin there was never this bother.

Online grocery delivery - dont bother! Last 2 deliveries my fridge items missing (2 weekend on trot), trying to speak to someone is just 🤯 But a little hack for anyone wanting to get thru to manager, call number, wait for employee options and report an absence....youll speak to management no problem! 😉

Failed delivery Booked a delivery with ASDA and it never arrived! Now having to try go through Asda customer services for support!!!! Don’t bother shopping here if you want your items delivered ONTIME!

Another unsuccessful home delivery from asda, Late, phoned twice and got run around at first call, driver arrived an hr late, words were an apology of "yeah sorry I'm late but working with the best I've got,not genuine at all, I couldn't even speak, then after I'd unpacked the delivery they went have a nice day, I was actually gobsmacked to be honest. Had loads of probs last Yr with asda delivery ie late, not turning up at all, thought I'd give them a chance a Yr later but still they do not give a hoot.
