By far a great place to host our baby shower and surprise engagement! Love that the place itself is already really cute and has so much space in the cafe and main room to comfortably host 50-100 people. Cafe was perfect for all the food and drinks brought in. We had a small music group as well and it was great, sound mainly stayed in the big event room which was great for those mingling in the cafe. Loved the privacy we had all night with just family and friends. Cameron was great to work with and made everything very easy to book and receive instructions. Would definitely rent again here for any events.

We had a wonderful experience with our daughter’s open house at Refinery 46. The property manager was so easy to work with, the venue was clean and accommodating. It is a great value and a fun place to host an event. Perfect unique place to host an event!

If I could give Cameron, the property manager, more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. He's super accommodating, cool, and always willing to go the extra mile for us. He's an extremely hard worker and always does the right thing. Cameron is an absolute stud at his job and should be used as a model for all property managers!

My business partner and I have access to the space, and we’ve enjoyed every moment since signing up. It provides us with the flexibility to book office spaces on a daily basis when available, which works well for us since we are often in the field. When we need time to complete notes and monthly reports, we can easily reserve a room for as long as necessary. Cameron has been excellent with communication and is always available during business hours to assist with any needs, which is greatly appreciated. The space itself is spacious, well-maintained, and conveniently located right off Keystone. I highly recommend checking it out. Thank you!

I have used Refinery.46 2x and its a lovely space to host an event. My guest really enjoy the functionality of the space. Its modern, tasteful and the cost is modest. I will be using again in the future. Best!
