Their bourbon chicken and chicken fried rice are amazing. The bourbon chicken isn’t too sweet or “over-sauced.” They give you so much food too, you can have multiple meals.

This by far was NOT the best Chinese food I've had, but it worked in a pinch and we were really hungry. The complimentary appetizer of fried wonton strips with a sweet dipping sauce was stale. The Pu Pu platter was really oily/greasy with a lingering taste of not so fresh oil. Mixed veggies with tofu was in a heavy sauce and not flavorful at all, but the veggies were cooked perfectly.... Soft with a bit of crisp still left. The waitress was super sweet and very accommodating to any requests. Tea was good and soups were okay. As I walked back to the restroom, I got a glance of what the chef was eating and wow..it looked great..light and fresh...veggies..fish.. I have no doubt that his food tasted terrific. Unfortunately there was nothing like it on the menu. I say it is time for this place to toss some of the outdated, greasy, fried, heavy sauced traditional Americanized Chinese food and cook for others what they cook for themselves! I'd guess the restaurant with only 2 patrons while we were there could attract a lot more customers.

We came here last Tuesday because our regular Chinese restaurant was closed. I ordered online because I was having phone issues. I requested in the notes that 2 of the entrees be custom made. My husband picked it up and said the woman running the place assured him that we would be back. She was right. Everything was so flavorful. No bland food and custom orders were exact. Our new Chinese restaurant. Today, a week later, I ordered delivery. Again, excellent and came right when they said it would. Only $3 delivery fee. Driver was also very pleasant.

Food was fresh and delicious. Hard to find a place that makes egg fo young. Went at 4:30 and we . were the only ones there. They seem to have a lot of take-out. For sure this is our favorite Chinese restaurant. My husband had orange chicken and said it was the best he has had. Very large portions. Don’t miss this one!

Where should I begin? Ordered duck and fried rice and the duck had a very bad strong smell and tasted horrible. Undescribable. Have had this in NYC restaurants and never experienced such bad Chinese food so messed up as this. Pork fried rice is definitely missing an ingredient and forget about the chicken wings. Lastly the bathrooms are gross and this place really should not be open for business. Will never set foot in here again. Very disappointed.

Having lived in Orlando over 20 years, I've had a lot of Chinese food. I think china chef has the most consistent, fresh tasting, American Chinese food you can find in this area. He sheng accross the street is also amazing. China Chef does a lunch buffet. Quality over quantity. Lots to choose from still. Chicken and broccoli is light and tasty, not a super cornstarch mix. Mu shu pork is better than most places and isn't drowning in sauce (actually has vegetables). Haven't tried anything that isn't tasty. Try the lunch buffet and you'll be able to try... Chicken and broccoli, orange chicken, genera two chicken, salt and pepper pork, boneless spare ribs, chicken wings, Mongolian pork, fried rice, mei fun, lo mein, wonton soup, egg drop soup, egg rolls, spring rolls, crab Rangoon, green beans, white rice, etc. They even have dessert.

Id pick another place :/ I got the lunch special General Tsos. Fried rice was actually pretty good but it had a hair in it. Was charged 1$ extra for this much broccoli that was really undercooked..

Have photos to upload of this beautifully decorated and designed restaurant with delicious extensive menu and friendly courteous staff if I can figure out how to upload them ate here again the buffet food was just blah it all had no taste. I've ate fresh orange chicken from menu which was delicious. The bourbon chicken on buffet was hard and dry the orange chicken on the buffet was also hard and dry. The egg drop soup had no taste. I recommend eating fresh food from the menu.
