I have been going to Publix since moving here in 1978. Best quality and customer service in any store I’ve been in. Special shout out to Jon in the seafood department. He goes out of his way to make sure I get what I ordered. Fantastic experience. Always smiling and pleasant. Sonny in the sushi area is also great. Always pleasant and will make any dish you like. Publix had fixed a cake for me that was not their fault. My daughter did not want to be made fun of about her age so they added an extra flower onto the cake. I was so happy that they could do it so quickly and in the specific color, she wanted right away. Thank you Publix for saving the day. The cake was fresh and tasted very good. I have been going to Publix Since I was a little girl. I’m not telling my age ha ha but Publix is always done my birthday cake and this time she did my daughters. Like I said, the cake was fresh and I couldn’t ask for anything better. Our ongoing joke is it’s all about the boxin Publix has made it special with that box for many many years. Thank you.
