If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!! Kimberly was an absolute angel and made the whole process of renting a storage unit actually enjoyable (yes, seriously). From the second I walked in, she greeted me with the warmest smile, answered all my questions with so much patience, and made sure I got the best possible deal she even hooked me up with an amazing discount!! She went above and beyond to make sure everything was clear, clean, and convenient. It’s rare to find someone so genuinely helpful and professional, but Kimberly truly cares and it shows. If you’re thinking about renting a storage unit, ask for Kimberly she’s a QUEEN. 👑✨ Thank you for everything!! 🫶🏽💖

Rented a unit today and both ladies in the office are very friendly and helpful! The building is clean and well kept. The access to the indoor units is so wonderful that it is in doors. Highly recommend and will be recommending all our neighbors!

Very convenient and clean. The lady in the front(sry,I forget her name)was extremely helpful as I was moving my car in for the right size storage unit. She checked back several times, helped get my lock on the spot and kept the manager up to date on everything for me. She was exceptionally friendly and helpful, this lady deserves a raise!!

We rented a storage unit for our daughter, who attends FGCU. The manage, Kimberly, is wonderful; the building is beautiful; and the process and prices are great. Definitely recommend!
