Centre Catering

We used Centre Catering for a Friends of Blackland Farm lunch on Saturday 11th October and were delighted with the quality of the food provided, a two course hot meal for 45 people. The beef stew, mashed potato and seasonal vegetables were all extremely tasty and the apple crumble and custard was delicious. All the food was piping hot when we served it and remained hot while we were eating it in a drafty marquee! Dave and Jeri couldn't have been more helpful during the initial conversations regarding the meal and Dave was happy to work 'backwards' with us by asking how much we wanted to spend per head (not a lot!!) and then suggesting a menu that fitted our budget. We will certainly be using Centre Catering again for our future Friends events.

We used Centre Catering for our wedding on 2nd August 2025. We are so lucky to be able to find them and have them be part of our special day! We were struggling to find a catering company in the area that did not completely exceed our budget, but came across Centre Catering who actually helped us to deliver plenty of amazing food with a much more reasonable price compared to many others out there who have strict packages for a hefty price. Centre Catering had such an array of packages for any budget and could help tailor your requests to make everything exactly how you want it. The team are so helpful and always answered my questions in detail so I did not have to worry about anything - they made things a lot easier! On the day, they helped everything run so smoothly and kept us informed with what was going on, gave brilliant service, and most importantly served delicious food which all of our guests enjoyed. I have no complaints, only gratefulness that we chose them to be part of our special day.

I was proposing to my girlfriend at Koko Cabins and I asked about a private chef. They recommended Centre Catering who I reached out to via email. They are naturally busy but sent me an email straight back to confirm they have received my email and will be in touch and the communication was spot on. I had a specific 3 courses in mind and despite one of the courses not being on their sample menu they were happy to accommodate. Dave arrived on time, with a bottle of bubbly to celebrate our engagement which was a really lovely touch. The food was unbelievable and Dave was great, chatty but also aware that we was celebrating our engagement and didn’t impose one bit. A great experience and would 100% recommend Centre Catering

Centre catering provided our food for our wedding back in May, we had roast sharing platters and it was gorgeous and our guests mentioned how nice it was! Turi was amazing at making sure we got fed first and setting everything up perfectly, better than I could’ve imagined! Everything seemed so seamless, nothing was too difficult, thank you everyone at Centre catering!

From start to finish we were very impressed with Centre Catering. We had little previous experience of hiring an outside caterer and were reassured by the way in which Jeri was able to answer all of our questions. She was extremely helpful, giving us very good advice regarding our selection of food from the menu. Nothing was too much trouble. On the day of our event the food was delivered promptly and the presentation of the food was managed by the member of staff so that we were able to concentrate on other aspects of the set up for the day. The greatest compliment we can give is that the feedback from our guests regarding the quality and variety of the cold finger buffet was extremely positive. We always recognised the contribution that good food was likely make to the success of our event. We couldn’t have been happier with the outcome. In our dealings with Centre Catering, they proved to be a very professional company and we would be happy to use them again for other events.

Great communication from start to finish. Menus were easy to navigate and choose from and the team were very helpful when it came to numerous allergies and preferences. I sadly didn't get to taste the food as I organised a wedding but the guests did express their delight at the food provided and very much enjoyed it. I was also made are the support fro the staff on the day was outstanding. Thank you very much

Excellent food, variety, quality and price. Contact and invoice via email, cashless transactions, no fuss! The day of the party Dave presented the food in a short period of time so I could focus somewhere else taking away my worries. I chose a lovely cold menu for my husband's 40th casino party with extra dessert and children's menu. Guest would not stop complementing the food. Highly recommended.

We had a great experience using Centre Catering services. Jeri was very helpful through all the booking process and leading to the event. We ordered cold finger buffet for our family celebration and the food was delicious! It was fresh and beautifully displayed and everyone enjoyed it. We would definitely use Centre Catering again for future events!
