As a first home owner, Arlene did an amazing job being there for me with any questions I had and advocate for me. It was a nerve wrecking process. However, she was extremely warm welcoming and I now see her as a friend, rather than an agent. She was quick with her responses via call, text, and email. Arlene I would say not only a realtor but she can also your advocate, your partner and a friend. We’ve never used a realtor in the past. Here we are now wanting to purchase another property and Arlene Arienza is our go to realtor. She is extremely knowledgeable about the local market and she is understanding of our needs. We were apprehensive on this new purchase. We went ahead and put in an offer, then changed our mind. We were told by the seller’s realtor that we won’t get our Earnest money deposit back. Arlene was very persistent and used her resources to get all of our money back.
