In a world of negative reviews, mostly about PEOPLE that work here, not about the entire atmosphere of the store, I will leave something positive and in good English not bashing an entire crew for the stupidity of one or two. This is my go to stop when traveling either for business, or personal back to NC, passing other Sheetz, as well as other restaurants and gas stations. The atmosphere here is always pleasant, food is always made to order without issue, and well, I am a happy customer! Yes I am sure there are experiences that are the exception, but I wish people would use their head, and judgements to contact corporate, or customer care before bashing on here. Keep up the good work guys!

I’m not far off the highway and they have half-and-half as well is milk for the coffee. They did one out of breakfast this morning but the stuff is real friendly and the bathrooms are clean. Came back and couldn’t be slower with food. Dropped a star.

My car broke down after stopping at sheetz and buying 31 dollars of food. I called a mobile machanic but they were unable to get the part needed to fix my car until the morning leaving me stranded in freezing weather i went in and got breakfast I paid for my breakfast and then decided I wanted coffee so I went over and made a cup while waiting for my food and was told repeatedly by the manager that I needed to pay for my coffee in which I planed on doing after paying for my coffee I decided to eat inside at the tables I ate and then as soon as I was finished the manager got on the loud speaker and announced to the store that they didn't promote lottering mind you not I had been buying different items the whole time stranded after I ate I went and got a refill of coffee and went to the counter to pay where I was told by the cashier that the message over the loud speaker the whole store heaed was targeted for me where I explained I was a paying customer and was waiting for my help and didn't understand why I was being treated that way so I called corporate to let them know of the behavoior from the store manager where they agreed that the behavior was unexceptable and if they called they police to call their office back that the report is in their records and is intact unexcepta

This location always makes my food so delicious 😋 I love the Italian melt sandwich and the last several times I decided to stop at the graham and alamance locations and neither of them heated my MELT and my toppings were always wrong. also, the employees here are top notch 👌😊

Stopped by early in the morning for coffee and breakfast sandwiches. We’ve heard good things about Sheetz however our experience was not good. The coffee took 20 mins and our food got done around 10 mins after ordering. So while the sandwiches got cold we talked and waited. The most we got was “oh sorry about the wait” from the person behind the counter who apparently could only make one drink at a time. As we hit the road from there we started in on our purchase to find the coffees 3/4 full and the americano lukewarm. Not impressed. Aside from that the sandwiches were TINY. Will most likely not come back to Sheetz for food or drinks. Fuel…maybe.
