The Bromley Court Hotel

Very pleased to be able to check in early as had travelled to attend a wedding. Facilities in room were fine. Good shower, comfy beds, selection of tea/coffee etc. Disappointing to have scaffolding blocking most of our view outside window, had not been notified by email or staff about this. Staff friendly & helpful, particularly at breakfast. Delicious breakfast with plenty of choice, slow coffee machine caused a queue. Food at breakfast lovely & hot, constantly topped up. Plenty of free parking.

We had a really good evening. The food was very good and the entertainment excellent.|We booked a package deal which included overnight stay with breakfast. The room was very nice. Spacious and clean. Excellent selection of amenities in the room. Breakfast was also excellent with a lot of choice. |The staff were always helpful.|I would need hesitate to recommend the hotel

Parking and location were excellent and secure . The staff were really helpful , friendly and professional. They couldn't be any more helpful. The most comfortable pillows and bed I've ever had. We are vegan and my husband said the plant based locally made sausages were the best he's ever tasted. Very beautiful hotel. I'm convinced that they have Adams fireplaces there.

My friends and I had a great afternoon tea at this hotel. The dining room is a lovely light conservatory overlooking a pretty garden. The tea was delicious and service from Andreas and Elena was very attentive. They were great with last minute dietary issues too. A reasonable price.

We were visiting a friend in Chislehurst and needed somewhere nice to stay for the night. When we arrived, the receptionist was very welcoming and kindly offered us a room upgrade free of charge. The room overlooked the garden and was nice and very spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable. |At breakfast there was a good selection of options in a nice lovely dining room.|Highly recommended.

Good stay overall - I booked an Executive Room - it was very spacious with sofa, chairs, coffee table etc. and mostly very clean. Coffee machine (only decaf pods for some reason) plus kettle, teas, biscuits etc). Towelling robe and slippers also. Service was excellent - very friendly and helpful front desk staff. The restaurant is also excellent - really well cooked food with some veggie options (maybe a few more would be good). Breakfast excellent.|It's a huge hotel and something of a rabbit warren with multiple steps and corridors. Mostly very nice furnishings, some things a little worn. I had an issue with my bedroom windows not closing properly - this was sorted out when I reported it. The room and furnishing were a bit worn/tired in places and there were smears on the mirror that lifted up in the desk (I did not need to use this). Bathroom was very small and the shower tiny.|That all said, a good stay overall, a good price and would stay again.

Superb experience! Received a birthday upgrade to a fabulous quiet large room overlooking the beautiful garden. Everything was spotless and the bed super comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. We didn’t have breakfast but would definitely recommend this hotel.

The room is beautiful and the gardens looked amazing— was a horrible day but otherwise would have explored them more! Andreas was our host and he was so friendly and warm and made the whole experience. We will be back soon.
