Our garage door was not working. James came and tried to figure it out. After awhile he called in the door company who would come 2 days later. They came and the door worked but both our cars and the key pad didn’t. I called the office late in the day and Gemma put in a work order. We hoped it would be fixed before I left town the next day. After 5 I figured it would wait til the next day but then the doorbell rang and there was James smiling at me. I said but it’s after hours. He said I’m here now so let’s get this done. He and my husband fixed all 3 things quickly. This is not the first time James went out of his way to help us. We are lucky to have him at Noble on the Lake. Thank you

My first visit I met with Kaylee— Knowledgeable, friendly, no pressure, and delightful. The second visit was with my partner so he could get a sense of the place. Once again, we were welcomed and told to take our time. Third time I returned, I got Kaylee again 😀 who warmly greeted me and our pug. We signed the deal and move in, in two weeks. I’ve never done something like this before. She made it painless and pleasant. 💟

As one of the first tenants, moving in August of 2023, Noble on The Lake has been a great place to call home. The Ranch units are spacious and very well designed. The MyQ garage with taller door, nice can lights and hose bib inside it was a great addition that isn’t found at most Apts or even homes. Love the open floor plan, appliances and gas stove (compared to electric). The patio is the right size and great for early morning coffee or evening relaxation. Lots of wildlife and peaceful with great friendly neighbors. Will be amazing once the pool and clubhouse opens. That pool deck location on edge of lake facing West will make an awesome place to hang out and relax. The Brighton Market and Cozy Inn across the street made it so convenient as well. Finally, Gemma, Kaylee and James, made my 1 yr lease so welcoming, easy and enjoyable. I will miss the people and the place but found my dream Ranch home to settle in. Thank you for having me!

James came over and took care of the toilet problem quickly and neatly. He was very efficient and a pleasure to deal with. Unfortunately when we got up this morning the water was running nonstop. We had to shut the water supply off. Please send someone back to correct this problem. We have been here just short of 2 weeks and have not had use of the 2nd toilet for half of it.
