Excellent helpful staff giving great advice and carrying the heavier items to the car. Loads of interesting stuff for sale at reasonable prices. I would definitely visit again. Great Store!!

As a regular and local customer of Bartletts in Blandford Forum for a number of years now, I can highly recommend their friendly service, wide choice of items for rural and country requirements. Most of the price points are very reasonable with a focus on quality and longevity. It's also possible to buy just one bolt! (Rather than some retailers who sell you a box full and you only need one or two.) A 'traditional' business, no modern bells and whistles just a large shop floor with rows of stock to browse, a large yard with items for stock, garden and agriculture and a counter with helpful and friendly staff. Recommended.

Brought a broom and had to return it as the head and handle wouldn't stay together. Swapped for another managed to use this one for a bit, but again fell apart, returned again. Won't refund as no receipt this time and no apology either. Won't return. Buyer beware.

UNTRUSTWORTHY company. DO NOT use this company for gas bottles. Purchased a gas bottle and actually said felt as empty as one returned but trusted them. Nothing in it. Went back said they would do nothing and a gas bottle wasn't even purchased that week. I explained I have a bank statement proving this but would do nothing. Think I need to make up a story for £25 !!! Ridiculous. Will never use this untrustworthy company again. Couldn't leave no stars! ...... Since above review I managed to speak to the other branch who were as usual, very helpful and sorted out for me and replaced. What a shame his staff aren’t as helpful and friendly as him.

My ride-on mower stopped cutting and needed a good service. Bartletts collected it within hours, took it to the workshops in Bridport and returned it to me, fully serviced in under 48 hours! Fantastic service, well done Bartletts. (Local Tractor dealer told me there was a 5 week waiting list for servicing!)

Iv been using Bartlett's for many years & my trip to there today was as jolly as usual. The Staff are very helpful & always willing to help. The Store has a huge range of Products, covering Canine, Feline, Equine, Poultry, Cattle, Wild Birds Rabbits & Guinea Pigs. They also do a good selection of Clothing & Country footwear. They sell a selection of fencing gear + postcrete, bags of Peat free Composts & some Garden Furniture.
