Very disappointed. I purchased a meal deal with the Cookshop frozen meal and a bottle of wine for £15. The wine was not included & when I returned for a return the assistant said that the offer was no longer valid, but the manager had not taken the advertising signs down. They knew the offer was no longer valid, but still let customers buy an offer that was no longer there.

Useless useless extremely rude 'Karen' behind the counter in the post office. Genuinely feel the woman the counter refused to help due to my skin colour as I can see no other reason for the abrasive rudeness from the beginning of the interaction, I said hi and smiled and got a sneer back... Post office person tried to scan the parcels and (computer said no). These were clearly royal mail parcels as I have been send ing them out for my business for years with no issue. After explaining the situation and asking them to take the parcels as the royal mail van will be arriving shortly 'Karen' refused to take parcels saying that they were not insured... although I had been to the store to drop off parcels a couple times before (also had issues then as same person said my parcel was overweight when it was 102 grams)... Had to wait for the royal mail guy to arrive (wasted 30 mins of my time) and obviously he took my parcels with no issues... After explaining what happened to the royal mail driver he explained he had had similar interactions with staff in this store and agreed they were extremely rude. I've NEVER been to a post office which has refused to take parcels + never had such a bad, infuriating experience. Manager lacks common sense and genuinely may have refused to be helpful due to racist inclinations as I can think of no other explanation. Never, ever had such a bad experience in a having used post offices everyday for the past 3 years post office. Shall never return.

I have to retract the previous message about incorrect post office opening hours as I understand it to be outside the control of the store. Despite these very challenging times the staff here are keeping the store well stocked and pleasent to visit. The post office is operating normally and the lady running it was very polite. Thank you staff at Clophill Coop.

POST OFFICE REVIEW ONLY - Terrible customer service. Went in to pick up an Amazon package at 5:40pm and was told the service was closed. Even though the website states it closes at 22:00. I was told the service closed at 5:30pm. All she had to do was hand over the package, as she was sitting at the post office counter desk. I was then just blanked with no apology. Shocking customer service. I won't be using them again.

POST OFFICE REVIEW ONLY COOP STAFF ARE BRILLIANT!! I used to go to the post office in Westoning whilst this was being refurbished, but stopped giving them my business as the woman behind the counter was rude and very slow, like you were wasting her time: "computer says no" kind of vibe! Clophill reopened and lo and behold she's moved there. Went there for the last time yesterday. Never again.
