Met up with some friends for coffee. It’s a cute little spot—half coffee shop, half specialty olive oil and vinegar store (which we didn’t have time to explore, but I’m definitely curious for next time). I went with the mimosa flight and picked mango, peach, pomegranate, and strawberry. They were tasty enough, but none of the flavors were particularly bold—pomegranate was the standout. The mango and pomegranate had Tajin on the rim, which I loved. We split the savory crepe—sausage, egg, potatoes, and “green chile.” It was huge, but honestly pretty bland. Same goes for the salsa. The green chile tasted like the canned kind, which is a letdown considering we’re in the Southwest. Only coffee we tried was a regular black coffee. It was fine. Nothing exciting. The patio was lovely, totally shaded, though I did end up in the sun for a bit. All in all, it was just OK. I’d give it another shot, mostly because the place itself is cute and the menu has potential—but I’m not in a rush. 3.5/5.

This place is a hidden gem! If you love cooking, their infused oils will completely change the game just a splash can turn a basic dish into something gourmet. Their Italian sodas? Absolute perfection bubbly, refreshing, and bursting with flavor. But the MVP has to be the keto bowl. It’s packed with fresh, delicious ingredients, and the green chilies add just the right amount of heat to keep things interesting. And let’s talk about the service, Joslin and Riley are incredibly kind and helpful, making the whole experience even better. If you haven’t been here yet, you’re seriously missing out!

We met with friends for coffee and breakfast I had just plain coffee which was a nice blend My wife had the mimosa flight; mango, peach, pomegranate, strawberry The mango was nice, with a tajin rim Peach is very nice, I didn't get to taste the pomegranate The strawberry was delicious We also ordered a savory crepe, with eggs, potatoes, sausage, and green Chile The crepe was a bit thick for my tastes, but it was tasty, the green chile was only barely there and not really noticable, the sausage was a good breakfast sausage The accompanying salsa had good flavor but almost no heat The outside patio was perfect this morning If I am in town I would consider returning, I would recommend

I have waited years for a place like this to come to old-town Safford. The marketplace itself arrived 10 years ago, however the coffeehouse, bakery, and restaurant side of the business is just 5 years-old. The Main Street Bean coffee cafe part of the marketplace served up a Breve Latte that was perfect and the coffee itself was outstanding. The staff is very friendly and has definite expertise in whatever may be their task. This is the place where locals come to relax, chat, and purchase a nice sandwich and coffee. Every town has one, however Ginaveve's has so much more. Gourmet Balsamic vinegar tasting bar, high-quality olive selections, small wine and beer bar, ice cream, salad bar, and all sorts of mementos and clever signs as gifts, and a fabulous outdoor gazebo right at the corner curb complete with a large shade tree and street view of all the action. This will be my go-to place every time I pass through Safford or come to stay awhile at the local hot springs resort, Essence of Tranquility. It's truly a one-stop shop for your daily cafe, gift, and restaurant needs.

I stopped here to pick up a sandwich while passing through town. It checks all the boxes: local, interesting atmosphere, good place to work on a laptop, interesting food, nice looking coffee shop, and friendly staff. I will definitely visit again!

They have light delicious crepes AND gluten free authentic French crepes. Sundays only!! 8am til 1pm. You can choose your own ingredients or from their select crepes menu. From Smores crepes, bananas with caramel and sweet cream plus many more. Mine was sweet cherries with sweet cream filling and fresh whip cream on top. My husband had a savory regular crepe of eggs, sausage green chile, cheese and diced red potatoes. Both of our crepes were huge and delicious. Maple syrup and salsa as compliments. They've got gourmet champagne flights and a Bloody Mary bar all on Sundays open 8 am until 1 pm. Best gluten-free breakfast ever! They also have other breakfast items and a full, fresh, roasted coffees, lattes and the usual. They have a cute adjoining market with flavored vinegars and olive oils you can taste them all, and a craft market store full of great kitchen items and other non kitchen gifts.
