Since developing food allergies, this was by far the best restaurant experience of my life! We were visiting from out of town and I saw an article on “Visit Mesa” about the food inclusion initiative they have. Only people with allergies understand the anxiety around eating out and hoping you won’t accidentally be exposed. The first thing we were asked was “What are your allergies?” My mind was instantly at ease. The food was wonderful and the service amazing! I can’t wait to come back.

Honestly, I think I talk about this restaurant at least once a week 😅 I love being able to turn my anxiety off a little bit when I come here because everything on the menu is safe for my (multiple) allergies and I can eat without worry. Everything I've ever ordered here has been delicious, the staff is friendly and the owners are incredibly kind.

I can't even express the joy I had walking in this place!!! Everything we had was delicious, and they even have baked goods!!! Yay!!! I would not hesitate to come back here. Thank you for making a safe place for those of us with a food allergy. 🥰🥰 I met two friends here, both from different states, and they were also really happy.

Ned and Lisa deserve 10 stars for their amazing food! The delicious factor is out of this world, not to mention their incredible customer service. I seriously can't eat here enough; I crave their meals - so healthy and such perfect combos of ingredients. And the baked goods? WOW. The churro donut is a must, but literally everything I've tried has been excellent. I think it's key to note that my husband, who has zero food allergies, also loves this place and quite genuinely chooses it over other dining options, so don't let the allergy free part of it stop you from dining here if you don't have food allergies. He is also the toughest critic of gluten free foods and is absolutely obsessed with their apple fritter donut. Thank you, Ned and Lisa, for creating this heavenly place!

Our new favorite place to eat. We will be booking our next birthday party there. We ate without any worries for the first time since being diagnosed with dietary restrictions. The owner and their daughter were there and the explained about their intention to pick better foods that also taste better. Wow I wish I could rate the food more stars!! A must go to place in Arizona.

Not only do they serve up some of the most delicious desserts I’ve ever had, but their entire menu is thoughtfully created to be gluten-free and allergy-friendly—something that makes dining here feel safe, welcoming, and full of love. The staff is absolutely wonderful; every visit feels like being cared for by family. Their kindness and attention make the whole experience even sweeter. As for the food—wow. The Quinoa Sauté is an absolute must-try, bursting with flavor and perfectly satisfying and grab the carrot ginger soup from the cold case. And when it comes to their pastries, you honestly can’t go wrong. Every single one I’ve tried has been incredible—they truly never miss!
