Normally, this Domino’s location delivers great service, fantastic pizza, and a smooth experience. That’s why I’m not giving it a lower rating. But tonight? Total off night. I placed my order in advance for 9:15 p.m. because I had other errands. I ended up arriving early and asked if the pizza could be made sooner. The staff told me yes but that clearly wasn’t true. I waited outside for over an hour with no update, no courtesy, and no communication. Calling was useless because the phone rang endlessly, likely drowned out by loud music or staff with headphones on. I get it do your thing. But if the vibe is “we’re too busy to be honest or courteous,” and the pizza ends up flat, sloppy, and clearly rushed, it’s a bad look all around. Just be upfront. If you can’t make the pizza early, say that. I’d rather wait at home than be misled and handed a subpar order. Tonight was frustrating and disappointing. *EDIT* Went in a few days ago...and ughhh what happened?! I used to get great customer service and food...I'm so disappointed. None of my pizzas were correct. The service wasn't friendly. I hope they figure it out because I really don't wanna stop going there. :(

I've order from this location for years. The quality of the pizzas has diminished. The pizza I ordered last month was overcooked and burned. Yesterday, I received a dry hand tossed medium pizza with no garlic crust seasoning. The pizza was missing parts of the crust. The flavor of pizza was subpar. The topping was mushrooms and there were only a few tossed on the pizza. The appearance of the pizza was sloppy and not made with care.

I ordered half pepperoni half meat loves add mushrooms and got full meat lovers with no mushrooms. Pizza looks good but it took over an hour for a carry out!! There is a thin Caucasian lady that works there and she was very rude. I definitely won't be ordering from them again.

The pizza was horrible. It was poorly prepared, it had enough cheese for 3 or 4 pizzas on it and I didn’t even order it with extra cheese. It was soggy and looked like someone played with it on the way to deliver it. Just unacceptable and I’m spending my money.

They have a deal going on for any toppings/crust for $9.99 plus tax right now. My husband and I just stopped in & accepted this deal, amazing! 👏👍 Pizza came out cooked to perfection & it tasted better than we expected it to. Although these deals are for a limited time, I would definitely suggest stopping in while you can. I now can say that I changed my views on their pizza quality overall, since we usually go for Papa John's. Quality over Quantity always! Coming again soon! 😁👍

We ordered the Extravaganzza (carry-out during lunch time). This pizza isn't shy of toppings! It has a great flavor and crispy thin crust. There was only one person working in the shop but the customer service was on point and this guy worked as if he had a full staff. He executed orders precisely, made suggestion and was very friendly.

Do not order from this location, they forgot to put most of the toppings on the pizza, then put all of them on one side when they were supposed to be separated and the brownies were hard
