Ratchet. You don't always get what you pay for, but you definitely do here. Sort of. When I pulled up, there was a loud group of people smoking weed out front, very friendly. Immediately went to my room, which was fine. No problems with the room. This morning I went for ice, there are machines and vending on the third and first floor... The ice machine on the third floor does not work. Then I went down for the so-called breakfast. They were out of cups, and apparently the front desk employee was making herself a pancake or something, but also accosting another guest and threatening to ban him from the property claiming he had gone into the pantry weeks ago and she had photos which she didn't show anybody. Every time I've gone to the lobby since there has been no front desk employee. Maybe they fired her, I certainly would have. The breakfast is just bagels and make your own pancakes. There were a few packs of grits out, but last time I took a load of things to my car they were gone. No bowls, just... Ratchet. I paid $70 and if I could get that money back and do it over again I would have stayed across the street. Did I mention it's not even clean in the facility?

The smoke-free smelled smokey. The breakfast and area was horrible. Very old furniture and hardly any breakfast offerings. I stayed there for the last time on this trip. I had just stayed at the Microtel in Hattiesburg and the two places were like night and day! Loved the previous stay in Hattiesburg!

Receptionist was very friendly and efficient. The rooms were cozy, spacious, and exceptionally clean and i dont think you will find that quality of hospitality anywhere close for the price they charged which was about $80. Ill definitely be staying here again.

Well first off very bad customer service I stayed this 2 nights this pasted weekend my experience at this hotel i never had to deal with that ever before especially being out of town. 1ST NIGHT MY GF SMELLD URINE IN THE BED CHECKED THE SHEETS ITS A BIG URINE STAIN ON SHEETS MOLDY SMELLING AC MOLD ON SHOWER LINING ADDRESSED TO FRONT DESK HE MOVED US NEXT DOOR WE CHECKED THAT BED THE BED SPREAD WAS NASTY BURN HOLE IN BLANKETS WHEN BACK UP TO FRONT DESK I COMPLIANT HE JUST HAVE ME ANOTHER BLANKETS AND 20% OF MY STAY WHICH WAS $32 OUT 170.78 OWNER MOTHER COME HARASSING US ABOUT A GRILL THEY PROVIDE....FINAL GOT IN CONTACT WITH OWNER TRIED TO ADDRESS THE ISSUE HE VERY GOT RUDE AND NASTY ON THE PHONE.....DONT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE ABSOLUTELY NOONE OR NOWHERE ELSE TO GO

Mike at the front desk was so helpful. After a long day of traveling, He was a ray of sunshine! I accidentally booked the wrong room, and He helped me fix it and made sure I had everything I needed. The room was clean, bed so comfy and there’s even a reading book bench so you can open the curtains and read with a Forrest background: Breakfast was really good, not like those cheap hotels lol and it has been quiet, peaceful and just a great experience. If I’m ever in Daphne again, this is where I will stay! High Five Mike!

We needed a hotel driving from Ft Lauderdale to Dallas. The lady at the front desk was friendly. The rest wasn't so great. The elevator was disgusting, the hallway smelled like a mix of dust and mold. Our room was humid and but the a/c kept the room cold. The floors were gross and sticky so we wore flip flops inside. The bed and linens seemed clean. The mattress and pillows were fine. The biggest issue was bathroom. There was black mold all over the ceiling. Should this room be condemned? Seems like a major health issue. We would have left but we were exhausted and needed to sleep. We paid $91 with taxes. I thought Wyndham would have some sort of property standards, clearly they do not. We could have stayed at the Fairfield across the highway for $10 more and it was 10x nicer. I gave the location 4 stars because it's near the highway and the big FreshMarket shopping center (dining options)

If just need a bed and shower then this place is for you. If need fridge for snacks, ironing board, drawers for clothes, phone to call front desk, basically is staying more than one night you might want to look else where. Stayed there a few days and had to have keycard re programmed everyday. When politely asked night clerk to reprogram she began to tell me it was my wife and my fault. We must have kept keys by computer. Wife had hers in purse like she does every where else and mine was in front pocket. Keys in two different places and yet she said it was our fault both keys quit working same time. Plus soda machine on first floor worked, but snack machine said had to go to 3rd floor for snacks because one on ground floor did not work. Third floor soda machine was down.

Hello, I didn’t want to go this route of damaging the name of the motel but since not only will the property manager not get back to me after being outwardly homophobic and racist. Yes alisha (if that is even your name) I am speaking directly to you I will go ahead and continue. After an 8 hour drive my partners father booked us a stay to rest our eyes even after his battle with cancer he worries about everyone else around him and is the sweetest. Their policy states the name needs to match from reservation to guest which he went ahead and changed it into our name.. upon arrival alisha scoffed and was unwilling to help for reasons unknown at first. She proceeded to shut us down and get agressive for again no reason and said it was due to the wrong name on the reservation, after much of this anger she finally said she would go ahead and cancel the reservation and we could go “figure it out” which after 8 hours and no solid reason is extremely the opposite of hospitality. After being canceled my partner and my name was head on the email and in our name therefore, a lie. She even said that it was a race thing for her which is absolutely disgusting to hire someone who has those viewpoints in the billboard of the hotel, the front desk. I would appreciate a call back an email or anything since it is escalated to a case. Thank you.
