Ordered online. Food was ready & warm when the app said it would be. I ordered the American club. It was a solid 8.9/10. Delicious sandwich. My family got the Philly, nephew rated a 8.5/10 - mom rated 10/10. Double chocolate chip cookies were 9/10 . White chips not as fresh but still tasty. Very pleased. A bit pricey but worth it.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. The employs are clearly not happy about being there and this is at 12:10 in the afternoon. I paid $11 for a sad excuse for a salad. The vegetables are soggy, nothing was chopped or mixed, just thrown into the bowl whole. And it was drenched in peppercorn ranch which I cant even eat. I rarely eat outside of my home and this is exactly why. Im sorry to anyone else who decides to stop here for lunch.

Every single time since moving here this location has messed up the order. Oh we’re out of bread mark it on the app it’s not that hard if you’re out of something for mobile orders? Blindly leaving items off instead of going hey we don’t have this would you like a refund or replacing with bread you have no idea the person would want. The protocol for that is waiting for the mobile order to arrive to ask them in person. It’s subway it’s not nasa train your people better for the prices of the food utterly ridiculous. I highly believe this location stays open just because the lack of another location around here. Last time for me though. I’ll drive to west blocton each time now.

Don't bother ordering on the app. It's faster to get in line and wait. Sitting here 20 minutes past when the app said my order would be ready and there is no indication that they have even started it. If I'd gotten in line when I arrived, I'd be out of here by now.

I just got a steak and mixed cheddar sandwich, it didn't seem like there was hardly any meat on it, and not much cheese at all. It was so very dry, even though I got mayo and sweet onion teriyaki sauce. Nothing like subway used to be. That was a waste of 13 dollars. Won't go in there again.

We placed an online order 2 hours in advance. While in the car approximately 2 miles away, the store called me. I did not answer because I was so close. When I walked in, there were 2 employees, one behind the counter and one talking with a customer with a baby. The one speaking with the customer walked behind the counter and informed me that they did not have 3 of the 4 items I ordered. When I asked why I was allowed to order them online of they were out of stock, the lady (no nametag) said, "Well, I tried to call you three times." (That is a lie. She called me once 3 minutes before I pulled in.) I called my family to see about alternatives, and they did not want substitutions. So, I asked the lady to refund the 3 items and I would just take the 1 sandwich. She responded that she could not refund an online order, so I might as well accept substitutions that my family did not want since I had already paid for the order. That is ridiculous! I took the substitutions and emailed Subway corporate. The lady proceeded to start fixing the sandwiches WITHOUT WASHING HER HANDS after touching a baby and countless items on the counter. When I brought this to her attention, she rolled her eyes, let out an irritated sigh, and then washed her hands. It has been 3 weeks, and no response from corporate. This is the 3rd time I have gone to this location and they were out of at least 1 item that we wanted. I will never visit this location again, and since the next closest location is 25+ miles from home, chances are SubWay lost my business for good.

This place always clean and has a great staff. Usually do online orders. Most of the time they 100% on it. Every once in awhile they miss lol. Yet I know folks are human. I definitely recommend this bunch and the place.

Omg the best service ever today. The two older women and young man took amazing care of me. I will l definitely be stopping here every time I drive to Birmingham will recommend everyone to come here food is affordable, fast, and fresh.
